Please note that you can book with Beve for online, phone and in person at Katepwa Beach on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well as online, phone and in person with her in Regina Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Please welcome our new staff member Andrew Laursen and our new Masters student Melissa Lavallee. Also all of our counsellors can take a limited number of sliding scale clients so if you do not have coverage and need a lower rate please talk to your counsellor.

As a counselor, my focus is on helping clients realize their full potential amidst life’s complexities. I specialize in assisting individuals facing challenges such as sexual issues, depression, anxiety, and pain management. For couples, I provide guidance to enhance intimacy and improve their sexual relationship. I also work extensively with individuals struggling with sexual dysfunction or addiction, and those navigating sexual identity issues, offering support in dealing with family and societal stigma.

My approach includes techniques like relaxation, hypnotherapy, and self-hypnosis to help manage mood and pain. Additionally, my fitness and lifestyle coaching aims to aid in weight loss, improve body image, and enhance overall fitness levels.
