I specialize in assisting individuals facing challenges such as sexual issues, depression, anxiety, and pain management. For couples, I provide guidance to enhance intimacy and improve their sexual relationship. I also work extensively with individuals struggling with sexual dysfunction or addiction, and those navigating sexual identity issues, offering support in dealing with family and societal stigma.

My approach includes techniques like relaxation, hypnotherapy, and self-hypnosis to help manage mood and pain. Additionally, my fitness and lifestyle coaching aims to aid in weight loss, improve body image, and enhance overall fitness levels.
